A double apartment consists of two single furnished rooms of approximately 15 square meters. Entry to a double apartment is through a common door, which leads to small common entrance hall. Straight ahead from the main entrance is the entrance to the common bathroom, which contains a shower and two separate sinks. On both sides are the entrances to the individual rooms, whose doors can be locked, if needed.
Student rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf and a bed of about 1.90m long x 0.90m wide (rooms for tall people with larger beds are available). A comforter, pillow and counterpane for the mattress are also provided. Bed sheets, pillowcase and a case for your comforter are not provided, so you have to bring your personal beddings.
Facilities in each apartment include a bedside lamp, a standing lamp, a telephone and internet with high speed LAN access. The campus phone system allows receiving phone calls from inside as well as outside of the university, toll free outgoing calls on campus and outgoing calls off campus to toll free numbers only. Calls to land lines and mobile phones outside campus can be made by purchasing a calling card. All additional expenses such as heating, hot water, electricity, phone and internet fees etc. are included in the price of the room.
